The Social Network Where Canadian Employers Meet Foreign Caregivers
Do you know that at least 80% of the full time caregivers in Canada come from outside of Canada? In June 2019, the government of Canada introduced a new way for Canadian employers to hire foreign caregivers. This program is known as the home support worker immigration pilot (HSWP) and the home child care provider immigration pilot (HCCP).
Under this pilots, the caregivers are allowed to move to Canada with their family to work in the caregiving industry for at least 2 years before they are qualified to apply for permanent residence.
The work permit processing time takes up to 1 year, but in the end you have a full time caregiver for your family.
Employers, why you should join our network?
1. We have a large selection of qualified caregivers, who have undergone caregiving courses and first aid certified
2. Our caregivers will commit to work for you for at least 3 years, some can even do better than that
3. Majority of our caregivers are well educated, and communicate excellently in English language
4. This whole process is at no cost to you
5. Our caregivers have police clearance, they can be trusted
